No other place beats sky lounge west- this is absolutely fact. I keep trying other spots and nothing is better for both the quality of food and atmosphere! Service is great too lately! I highly highly recommend!!
Nice cool place to chill with friends and cousins!!! They have a decent selection of snacks and the hookah is too good any ways!! I'd go there anytime !!!
Came here on a Saturday night at 9pm it wasn't too crowded. food was amazing and customer service was good too. highly recommend. Also, the hookah was really good.
I've been coming sporadically to Sky Lounge for many years whenever I'm in the Dearborn area. This place has had a huge facelift in staff turnover from the infamous SIA tax incident and shows on some nights how much less packed it has been lately late nights. As of the date of this review I will say this much about the current status: Pros: -New staff that seems to be more customer service oriented. -Hookah is still top notch quality (Sky High mix personal favorite) -Food is consistent always and makes the experience always enjoyable. I always go for the deboned chicken as you always get a large quantity of chicken that'll fill you up or plenty of take out home. Cons: -Lots if new servers who obviously need some more training. Some wait times took longer than expected such as waiting for my bill to be cashed out or coal changes on the hookah I had to go up and ask for it as opposed to the servers checking. -My friend has gotten crepes from here twice and I recall both times it look longer than our food that came and it would be cold by the time he'd receive his crepes. Outside of these things, I really still enjoy going for hookah and good food. The service can always improve but I think this place is heading in the right direction if they can turn it around consistently going forward.
I'm not a smoker so I can't comment on the quality of the hookah. Food is good, atmosphere is nice for hanging out, and they're open pretty late with free WiFi so it's a cool spot if you want to study with friends. I've personally always experienced great customer service here. Outdoor seating with heaters available.
